We turned them into insightful, cleaner and clearer financial and operational reporting directing the management towards the commercial and strategic decisions which needed immediate attention to revamp the whole organization and various functions within. We also devised KPIs and their parameters for them to identify and regularly assess what isn’t working well and then figure out why.
